How do I get my SMS backup file?
  1. Install SMS Backup & Restore from the Google Play Store
  2. Open the app and tap "Back Up Now"
  3. Choose "Save to Phone" (saves as XML)
  4. Come back here and upload that XML file

The file is usually saved in your phone's Downloads or SMSBackupRestore folder.
